Contact Guest Services to request a tour guide, interpretation, or assistive equipment for your visit. Advance notice helps us prepare.

The museum is open Monday and Wednesday–Saturday, 9 a.m.–5 p.m., and Sunday 1–5 p.m. We are closed Tuesdays. Last admission is one hour before closing.

Metered street parking and several paid lots surround the Lorraine Motel site on Mulberry Street. Accessible spaces are reserved directly in front of the main entrance.

Yes. All galleries are step-free, wheelchairs are available free of charge at the front desk, and ASL interpretation and large-print guides can be arranged with two weeks’ notice.

Groups of ten or more receive discounted admission and can request a docent-led tour. Submit the Group Visit Request form at least three weeks before your preferred date.
